Making your stay enjoyable: 


Please read and follow the House Rules, a copy of which is in each unit.  They exist to ensure that everyone has an enjoyable stay at MaunaLoa Shores.


There are extra towels, sheets, beachmats and cleaning supplies in the linen closet.  Please use you own beach towels for the pool and park.


Each unit has one reserved parking spot.  Space 32 is reserved for 606, and space 56 is for 406.  There is a loading zone by the lobby for unloading your suitcases. 


The building is secure and you will need your keys with you at all times to avoid being locked out.  The Resident Manager has regular office hours but does not have your key to let you in.  If you lock yourself out of the unit, you will have to call a locksmith.


There are coin operated laundry machines on each floor of the building.  It is $1.25 per wash and .50 cents Trash chutes are also located in the laundryrooms.


Your cell phone should have excellent coverage, and there is also a payphone down at the park.  For long-term rental, you can activate the phone in the unit (phone service is not included in the rent).


The freshwater pool is located in front of the building on the ocean.  The ocean lagoon is protected by a breakwater and perfect for family enjoyment.  There are stairs that will ease you into the lagoon and the sandy bottom makes for wonderful swimming.  Look for Sea Turtles bobbing along with you!
